Interstate Passport promotes student success by preventing loss of credit in the transfer process. Passport earners transfer their completed general education block to any other network institution, based on high quality learning outcomes not specific courses and number of credits. It is the only nationwide program smoothing transfer for students across state lines and can also help resolve instate transfer. It has special relevance for military students and veterans, and for low-income students, who more often begin at two-year colleges.
